Thank you for choosing the VRLA batteries manufactured by Shanghai Tangshao Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as PMB). In order to let you have no worries when using our products, we promise the following for the VRLA batteries manufactured by PMB and sold in mainland China:
1. Be honest and law-abiding, and do not engage in counterfeiting or shoddy business;
2. All products will be shipped after full inspection and the quality certificate of our company is attached.
3. Delivery to your destination safely in accordance with the agreed mode of delivery;
4. Regarding your feedback to us:
(1) We will reply within 24 hours to our suggestions and complaints.
(2) For batteries determined to be within the scope of PMB quality assurance, our company will complete the replacement within the prescribed time limit. Generally speaking, the time limit is 48 hours in the province and 7 days out of the province (excluding the production time of the products).
5. We provide free technical training in battery maintenance and management for users. The training includes:
(1) The working principle and performance of lead-acid batteries;
(2) matters needing attention in installation and testing of lead-acid batteries;
(3) Basic requirements for the use and maintenance of lead-acid batteries.
6. Scope of Product Quality Assurance
(1) Batteries that are imprinted on the battery case shall be covered by the quality assurance from the date of manufacture to the deadline stipulated in the contract between the two parties.
(2) Failures caused by the following items do not fall within the scope of PMB quality assurance:
(1) Batteries are not used in accordance with the requirements of PMB Valve-regulated Sealed Lead Battery Operation and Maintenance Instructions issued by PMB.
(2) Batteries have been processed or repaired by the user.
(3) The service temperature of the battery is over 40 C.
(3) When the cause of the failure is unknown, PMB has the right to investigate the equipment using the failed battery.
7. For bad batteries within the scope of quality assurance, PMB shall undertake replacement or repair. The cost of replacement or repair (including battery freight) shall be borne by PMB.
8. Three-Guarantee Period
Quality guarantee period of each series:
PMB Series: Domestic and foreign customers below 25AH are 12 months
25AH-38AH customers at home and abroad are 18 months
38 AH (including) more than 18 months abroad and 36 months in China
PMB Series: 24 Months for Foreign Customers and 36 Months for Domestic Customers
EV series: 6 months for foreign customers and 12 months for domestic customers
